BlenderDiplom Blog

It's on again! The release of Blender 2.62 will be celebrated by a new tutorial on BlenderDiplom! But first we'll give you the chance to have a go at the effect yourself!

I tried to check wether Blender can be used as a tool to visualize medical CT-Data in Blender. Obviously yes!

Maybe you have notivced a lot of development on BlenderDiplom.com lately. I have joined in to present my latest tutorials on this site as well. You might have seen the praying mantis series and have a lot of questions, or need / have updates on the technology. Then join in on the first blenderdiplom live question and answer session ever. It will be held Sunday December 18. at 17:00h (that's 5pm for Americans) UTC + 1 (Germany).

Earlier this year me and four other brave blenderheads got together and decided to start a regular meeting of Blender users in Nuremberg, Germany. The NuremBUG was born.

At the moment two persons are working on mockups of a cleaned-up Blender interface. They go in similiar directions and might give us a hint where the Blender interface is heading.
